This track lingers in the mind, when I replay it, it always conjures the chorus before the chorus arrives. Some how punky, some how balladic, some how even vaguely operatic.

lyrics
I had a boyfriend and when we kissed
it was sweet, like eating a peach
I met another, I couldn’t eat couldn’t sleep,
why did Cupid shoot me?
Dreamt of a new lover, we’d flirt until I relent,
I’m teaching him French
Cried to my mother that I felt sick from my sins
and I have to repent
But all I can think about is
that boy’s mouth
Yes, all I can think about is
that boy’s mouth
I had a boyfriend and when we kissed
it was sweet, like eating a peach
I met another, I couldn’t eat couldn’t sleep,
why did Cupid shoot me?
Dear John, I’m sorry, it wasn’t part of my plan,
I hope you can understand
I hope you’re happy, you with your new girlfriend,
me with my new man
All I can think about is
that boy’s mouth
Yeah i can think about is
that boy’s mouth
I saw his handsome face,
I never should’ve looked in his eyes
His leg once brushed my leg,
I let him rest his gaze on my thighs
All I can think about is
that boy’s mouth
Yeah all i can think about is
that boy’s mouth
An incredible Artist, Singer Song Writer and Composer. One of my favorite artist of this generation. Would recommend her Music to anyone. music_addict1234
Opener absolutely rips. Falls into the ranks of tracks like “Dance” by ESG, “Eisbaer” by Grauzone, “Damaged Goods” by Gang of Four or like the album description says Kleenex. This is some really good stuff. Favorite song is the opener but dedicate “Blue” to my friend Blue who lost her life at 22, she would have loved this album. TheBloodofChrist
On their first full-length, Hiccup touch on pop-punk, girl group doo-wop, ’90s grunge revivalism and nuanced surf rock. Bandcamp Album of the Day Apr 10, 2017
